This unit is fully equipped  to manufacture Steam turbines and Axial Compressor blades. These blades are and can be employed in steam turbines for oil and gas units, power generation, pulp and paper manufacturing, cement industry, process industries as well as in sugar industries.
Taking our services a yard extra, we have furnished our unit with Power Saw, Polishing & Buffing of Profile, Shroud Punching, Vertical milling machine, Root milling, Root taper grinding machines, slotting machine and facilities of similar nature.

A range of blades like Reaction, Impulse, Integral Root, Integral Shroud, Edge Thinning, Twisted, Spacers and Accessories etc. all  utpo a  maximum length of 500 mm can be manufactured.  Our product range also carries a variety of  Roots such as  Tee, Double Tee, Inverted Tee, Fork, Fir Tree, Bulb Type and Serrated. A harmonious blend of these facilities will significantly help us in catering better and specifically to our client’s needs.

An essential at MAN Turbo India  is that we do not believe in restricting our fold of expertise only towards our own machinery. We also undertakes blade manufacturing for non- MAN machinery. We extend our services, technical know how and expertise for our clients who have procured steam turbines/Axial compressor equipment from other manufacturers and cater to them just as we would towards our in house products.
 
With the CMM (Co-ordinate Measuring Machine: Hexagon Metrologies Inc., Brown & Sharpe) & Profile Projector; we can accomplish reverse engineering, dimensional measurement, profile measurement, angularity or orientation measurement, depth mapping, imaging of any make blades and shaft measurement of any make Steam Turbines and Compressors. This will thrust more advantage of our applied technology standards/program over simple reverse engineering.
